At Your Project Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change
your mind about your order, we are happy to offer you a credit, refund or exchange on our
ranges. Please note that this policy does not apply to custom orders such as indent orders,
custom glass, custom screening, custom battens, custom wire or shrouds or anything custom
fabricated..
RETURNS POLICY
In person: Please advise our Customer Service team before arriving to make a return.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the review of your return to be completed.
Freight: If you are making an interstate return the freight will be at your cost. This is to be
organized via the courier of your choice. If you are needing help or wish for us to book this for
you please give one of our friendly staff a call. In the event that we are to book the freight for
your return, the cost will be deducted from your credit amount
METHODS OF RETURN
If any items for return have failed the inspection process, we will advise you immediately.
INSPECTION PROCESS
Returned stock must be within 28 days from the collection/delivery date.
RETURNS TIME FRAME
Proof of purchase must accompany the returned merchandise.
The returned goods must be in the same condition as in which they were sent
Discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.
A discretionary restocking fee of 15% or $50 (whichever is greater) may apply to returned
items. For example, if your order is worth $300, the restocking fee would be $50.If your order is
$500 the restocking fee would be $75.
Cash refunds are not provided.
Goods are to be returned to Trade Products at your expense
With the return of glass panels & polished tube/tube fittings there may be a cleaning surcharge
RETURN CONDITIONS
Clean glass without spigot/post or hardware marks, as stated above if the glass is dirty you
may incur a cleaning fee.

We must be notified of any product defects within 48 hours
