The Wire Kit 16 is a comprehensive kit designed to provide you with all the necessary components for a wire installation, excluding the wire itself (which is sold separately). This kit is specifically tailored for screwing into timber surfaces. It is compatible with 3.2mm 1 x 19 strand wire (SSWR1193.2M), offering durability and reliability.

For optimal performance, we recommend that each wire strand spans no more than 10 meters. Installation of the wire should be done in a straight run using a hydraulic swaging tool. Please note that if you need to change the direction, such as creating a 90-degree corner, a new kit will be required.

The Wire Kit 16 includes the following products:

• 1 x M5 Jaw/Swage Bottlescrew (SS-312T-503): This component is essential for tensioning and adjusting the wire. It provides a secure and reliable connection.
• 1 x M5 Fork Terminal (SS-7803-305): The fork terminal is used to attach the wire to a fixed point. It ensures a strong and stable connection.
• 2 x M5 Saddle (SS-322-05): These saddles are used to secure the wire to the timber surface, providing stability and preventing movement.
• 4 x 8gx32mm S/S Pan Head Screws (SSSTP832): These stainless steel pan head screws are included for attaching the components to the timber. However, if you plan to fix the wire kit to stainless steel posts, we recommend replacing these screws with stainless steel rivets (SSR5-4).

When fixing the wire kit to stainless steel posts, using pan head screws is not advisable as they are designed for timber and may not grip and hold in stainless steel. Instead, stainless steel rivets should be used.
